  2. Do away with collegium system
  3. Bring Judiciary under the scope of RTI
  4. Genuine Procedural changes to discourage the prioritisation of few high profile cases
  5. Fixation of timelines for submission by litigants
  6. Registration of petition online
  7. Uploading of signed copies of judgements at all level( Judgement information system is step towards it)
  8. Impose punitive actions on those indulging in frivolous litigations, document faking, Perjury, contempt of court etc.
  9. Enhance capacity expansion and infrastructure development by allocating more budgetary resources.
