7. Uniform national procedure for seed licensing.
8. Efficient fertiliser uses.
9. Reorientation of fertilizer policy.
10. Regulation of pesticide use.
11. Subsidies on the use of liquid fertilizers.
12. Investment subsidies for microirrigation.
13. Strengthen extension services:
    1. Synergy between agriculture technology management agency and Krishi Vigyan kendra.
    2. Public Private partnership in KVK
    3. Market led extension
