Ross honeywill defined it as an aggregate measure of self and social awareness, evolved social belief and attitudes and a capacity to manage complex social change. It gives the ability to understand and manage men and women and boys and girls, to act wisely in human relations.
What is emotional intelligence? (RAS)
Ans: Emotional intelligence is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behaviour, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adopt to environments or achieve one’s goal.
